​Screw extruder plays an extremely important role in meltblown production, and its application includes a series of stages such as equipment installation, adjustment, trial operation, operation, maintenance and repair. The most involved in daily production is the operation stage, but if the technical operators do not strictly follow the operation rules, not only will the production be affected, resulting in loss of economic benefits, but more seriously, it will also lead to extrusion. The damage of the extruder, so the daily operation regulations of the extruder seem to be very important.

1. Before driving the screw extruder, it is necessary to carefully check whether there is any dirt in the barrel and around the silo, and immediately remove all dirt and oil stains.

2. When you find abnormal noise or unstable operation during the operation of the production equipment, and you don’t know the cause of the failure, you should stop the car in time and find the relevant personnel to solve it. During the driving operation of the equipment, it is not allowed to overhaul the equipment, and it is not allowed to touch the transmission parts with hands.

3. When disassembling and installing the screw and various parts in the forming mold, the screw extruder parts cannot be directly beaten with a heavy hammer. If necessary, mahogany should be used to knock the disassembled or installed parts.

4. If there is no production material in the barrel, the screw is not allowed to rotate in the barrel for a long time, and the dry running time should not exceed 2 to 3 minutes at most.

5. When there are common faults in the production of the screw extruder, the operator should not face the barrel or the mouth of the forming die when cleaning it, so as to avoid the wear-resistant material in the barrel from spraying out and causing injury.

6. During the normal operation of the screw extruder, it is also necessary to frequently observe the shaking and changes of the ammeter needle of the main motor. When a long-term overload occurs, stop the machine in time, find out the cause of the fault and eliminate it, and then continue to drive for production.

7. When checking the bearing position and the operating temperature of the motor casing, gently touch the inspection position with your arm.

8. When cleaning the finished product on the barrel, screw and mold, be sure to use a bamboo or copper CNC blade to remove it. Do not scrape the material with a steel knife or grill the finished product on the skewer parts with fire.

9. In the extrusion production work, the operator cannot transfer to other jobs, and must park the car or ask someone to look after him when transferring.

10. Operators who have not been replaced by trainers cannot be allowed to operate production alone.

11. If the cleaned screw is not used temporarily, it should be coated with a layer of anti-rust agent, tied up, and hung vertically in a dry and cool place.

12. For screw extruders that do not need to be shut down for a long time, anti-rust agents should be applied to the working surfaces of the forming molds, and the inlet and outlet should be sealed tightly with tin foil. There should be no accumulation of hanging objects on the barrel and mold to prevent long-term force deformation.

The newly invested screw extruder production line equipment, after 500 hours of trial operation, all the grease in the oil tank and oil cup should be replaced. Bearings, oil scales, fuel tanks and oil pipelines should all be drained of original grease and cleaned. Then top up with new grease.
