Preparation before starting the twin-screw granulator

Before starting the twin-screw granulator, the corresponding preparations must be done. Various metering and feeding devices must be calibrated on site according to the requirements of the process, and the feeding curve of each feeding device must be given, and a commissioning plan shall be formulated; Check whether there is any abnormal sound in the movement of the transmission system and the screw.

Before starting the twin-screw granulator, clean the hopper and storage bin. After confirming that there is no foreign matter, fill the storage bin with materials, and then the automatic feeding machine can be started. When the material reaches the predetermined material level, the feeding machine will automatically stop feeding. Whether the combined configuration of the host screw and barrel is suitable for the variety of materials to be processed, if it is not suitable, it needs to be recombined and adjusted. Measure the insulation resistance of the electric motor of the twin-screw granulator and the cast aluminum heater to meet the requirements. Install the melt sensor and each thermocouple, etc., and check whether the components are in good condition after installation.

Check lubrication system. In the gear transmission case, add lubricating oil to the oil level indicated by the oil mark; check the oil circulation system and the oil supply condition of each point. Check point After the oil transfer pump turns without error, turn on the oil pump, and check and adjust the oil quantity and fuel injection condition of each oil supply point. All upper and lower oil pipes and water pipes must be kept unobstructed and there is no leakage. Check whether each control valve is flexibly adjusted. Check whether the electrical wiring is loose, whether the installation is accurate, etc.
