If the single-screw granulator needs to be fixed for a long time, it should be fixed on the cement foundation; if the single-screw granulator needs to be moved, the unit should be installed on the base made of angle iron, and the power engine (diesel engine or motor) and the pulley groove of the single-screw granulator are in the same reversal plane. Do not replace the pulley at will, in case the speed is too high to cause the crushing chamber to explode, or the speed is too low to affect the working power of the crusher. After the single-screw granulator is started, it should be idling for 2~3min first, and then feeding operation after no abnormal phenomenon. During the operation, pay attention to the operation status of the single-screw granulator at any time. First, the feeding should be uniform to prevent the crushing chamber from being blocked; secondly, do not overload the work for a long time. If it is found that there is vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, and material spraying out, it should be stopped immediately to check, and the operation can be continued after the fault is eliminated.
